Health and Safety

We look forward to welcoming you at Château La Rametière. Your safety is our top concern. We have additional measures in place regarding cleaning procedures to protect the health of our guests and staff. To comply with French law, in order to access common areas, such as the salon and dining room, all guests must present a health pass or show proof of vaccination. Only EU-approved vaccines will be recognized as valid.

The certificate of vaccination or health pass will be determined as valid if the cycle of doses has been completed, and where the last dose has been administered at least 7 days prior. For the vaccination Janssen, where one dose is required, a 4-week standby period is necessary prior to accessing the facilities requiring such compliance.

Alternatively, a PCR or antigen test within 72 hours, or a certificate of recovery of least 11 days and less than 6 months can be shown as proof.

The paper or digital document presented will be scanned via the government support app, Tous Anti-Covid, and the data will not be saved or utilized for any other scope other than verification upon entering the above-mentioned spaces.

The QR codes of the European countries' certificates are readable by our application.

For foreign customers outside Europe: Customers will need to visit a participating pharmacy upon arrival, and they will convert your paper vaccine card to a QR code.

We attach the greatest importance to the health of our guests and staff and take great care to ensure that every stay is safe. We look forward to welcoming you.
